monte rosa boutique is a charming older hotel located in the heart of the town. the staff were incredibly kind, and I loved my spacious room. the hotel offers free access to the spa at a nearby five-star hotel, which is a fantastic perk!

the check-in process was a bit slow (but worth the wait! ). the breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the fresh pastries! loved the cozy atmosphere of the lobby and the beautiful historic decor. amazing staff! !

The room was spacious and cozy, with comfy linens that made sleeping a dream. I loved the unique cherry stones heat service—super warm! The decor had that charming vintage vibe, really cool. Only downside was I missed the Matterhorn views because of the clouds. But still a nice spot overall!

Our stay was fantastic! Room 604 had stunning sunset views from the balcony. The jacuzzi was a luxurious touch! Each interaction with the staff felt personal. we especially appreciated Joao's help navigating the parade. For breakfast, don’t miss the delicious pastries at the onsite café!

The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. My room was spacious and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing. The restaurant served some delightful meals, really hit the spot. Just wished the rain hadn't blocked our view of the Matterhorn, though. Zermatt's such a cute town!

We enjoyed our stay here, especially our visit to the Forest Fun Park. The kids loved the zip lines and climbing through the treetops. The staff was attentive and made our family feel welcome. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious!
