All in all everything was great, had a truly memorable stay by a delightful recent visit. The room was new-fashioned and spacious, enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and great and the location was stunning to up on the Mountain.

The hotel was reasonably large, and the meals were delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed the super location very close to Zermatt has on offer, and Monte Rosa. The property was in the center of the city. Had nice dainties at Biner, located next to the venue...

The breakfast at this traditional hotel was gorgeous and perfect. They offered delicious omelettes and other egg options. the property's central setting was convenient for our plans, especially with the trains running at 4 pm on the third day.

The breakfast was gorgeous and absolutely superb with a good choice of food and beverages. the room was spotless and impressive, equipped with a safe, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. the service was excellent throughout my stay. the hotel had a quiet feel to it. the location in the center of Zermatt was marvellous.

Fabulous staff and good and convenient rooms with individual lockers. Very comfortable bed plus modern bathroom. - Exceptional, marvelous location just next door to other restaurants in the town.

The WiFi service was unreliable and slow, causing frustration during our stay.

The hotel's location in the center of town was perfect for exploring Zermatt Village. I was able to easily walk to everything I needed, including the train station and plenty of places to eat. We had the best stay ever! The staff were fantastic, going above and beyond for us. They guided us on how to see the mountain and recommended great places to eat and catch live music. The rooms were awesome and the breakfast was so good. The hotel's location on the main street was perfect, and we even received a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room with balconies. The view was great and the room was clean. We also loved that the hotel provided free access to its sister hotel's spa facilities. an amazing experience.

I had the most amazing stay at a charming hotel in Zermatt. The hotel arranged our rooms in a way that they were opposite each other, providing privacy and convenience. Opening the doors at all times felt safe and secure. The highlight of our stay was being able to see the breathtaking Mount Matterhorn from our room window. It was truly a memorable experience. Additionally, we visited during Switzerland's national day and each of us received a beautiful and delicious cupcake. The hotel's historical charm, great location, and superb service made our stay unforgettable.

Although the breakfast was adequate, it could have been more impressive considering the price range of the hotel. Furthermore, the maid tidied away our phone charger into a drawer, which could have been inconvenient if we hadn't noticed.
